TRAVEL AROUND THE WORLD IN LESS THAN AN HOUR

Elon Musk (SpaceX founder) has introduced his future plan for global travel at the International Astronautical Congress in  Adelaide via his BFR rockets (same ones used in SpaceX’s Mars missions).
The rocket can carry up to 100 people and fly to anywhere in the world in less than 60 minutes. Trips from New York to Shanghai could be achieved in less than 39 minutes.
The rocket is said to be "as smooth as silk" once out of the atmosphere. This new use of the tech could result in one of the most drastic changes in air travel to date, pushing the industry forward.
Quote from Elon Musk: "If we're building this thing to go to the Moon and Mars, then why not go to other places on earth as well"
