Eighth Day of Astrophotography - Solar Eclipse
On the eighth day of astrophotography, the cosmos gave to me:
This year was defined by two famous eclipses that happened both in August. The first was a partial lunar eclipse that happened on the night of August 6 over much of the eastern part of the world, while the second was a full solar eclipse that was visible from coast to coast in the United States. This beautiful shot of the solar eclipse during totality was taking by Marco Collins.
