This week for Photo of the Week, we
would like to feature a magnificent photo of the Milky Way and the
Aurora Borealis over the frozen lakes of Iceland. Photographed by the
talented James Lee, this amazing nightscape was photographed last
December near the winter solstice. As the beautiful Milky Way rose over
the sky, it's mystifying light melded with the dancing glow of the
aurora, creating a vivid nightscape never to be forgotten.
For more fantastic photos, be sure to check out Lee's Instagram @jimmystlee at https://www.instagram.com/jimmystlee/
